Rates - on-site
$125 /hr  --   for all network related on-site service calls
$95 /hr --  for all standard PC on-site service calls
(minimum of 1 hr)

Rates - carry in
$105 /hr  --  for network related issues (but not very practical since you would have to bring the entire network!)
$75 /hr  --  for all standard PC stuff -- real time! If you have a slower PC, this could save you big $$$ since we don''t have to stand and wait while each step is processed by the PC. The time spent is often less then 1/2 then that of an on site service call.

(standard turn around is 24 hr, unless some parts aren''t available) 
(minimum of 30 minutes)
